A wheelset with RD28 hubs will have the following advantages

The left and right angles of each hole inside the spoke holes can reach 8.2°, and the angle of the upper and lower spoke holes can reach 3.4°, which can meet the angular demands of more larger 6902 flange hubs of road disc brakes

the hub uses ceramic bearing to minimize the rolling resistance Esp. during accelerating and climbing 

 the hub uses 21 spokes on the front wheel, 14 spokes on the drive side, and 7 spokes on the non-drive side. The rear hub has 24 spokes, 16 on the drive side and 8 on the non-drive side. the spoke tension on the driving side is the same as the tension on the non-driving spoke side, so that the stability of the wheels can be improved to a greater extent when entering a curve quickly
